軒先の裏側まで、鋼板をかぶせています。

表に釘が見えない屋根の板金加工でしました。釘が露出していないので、屋根が傷みにくくなっています。

屋根の傾きが(勾配が少ないので、屋根下地を片面粘着があるｺﾞﾑｱｽﾙｰﾌｨﾝｸﾞを使います。くっついたら、離れません。

外壁の塗装工事を行うと、他の工事をしていない場所が目に付きます。雨といなどは、鉄の金具が錆びて、弱くなり、屋根から受けた雨水を雨とい(軒とい)が受けても水を落とすところまで、勾配がないとたどり着けず 、途中で落ちてしまい屋根などを傷めます。

雨が流れやすい、立平葺きの屋根にしました。カラーガルバニウム鋼板です。





破風と鼻かくしと桁の小口、雨のあたりやすい、木が見えている部分をカラーガルバニウム鋼板防水処理をしました。色は銀黒です。シャープに仕上がりました。

既存のルーフィングの上から、屋根用の野地板を張りました。





屋根勾配が、1/0.5なので、片面粘着付きのゴムアスルーフィングを張りました。野地板にしっかりくっつくので、もう剥がせません。

雨が漏れていて、屋根をめくりました。野地板が腐っていて、足を歩みぬくぐらい、ふわふわでした。既存のルーフィングが生きているので、上から、野地板





を張っている作業途中です。
